OVERVIEW

What exactly makes a decision ethical? The problem with ethics is that what may seem morally right (or ethical) to one person may be the opposite for another. This course will help you define your ethical framework to make solving those ethical dilemmas easier. Within the course, we look at some tools and techniques that you can use when you’re faced with an ethical decision, so you don’t get stuck in an ethical quandary. This course focuses on different case studies so that you can practice making decisions in a safe environment.

  • Learners who would like to gain an insight into correct business etiquette.
  • Learners who wish to become more capable of making ethical decisions in the office.

Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be equipped with the necessary tools to use when faced with an ethical decision. This course is excellent for a manager / office manager in helping set up policies and procedures for a company. Many participant have gone on to complete level 5 in Business Administration courses.
