BESPOKE TRAINING – WORKING FOR YOU!

As an outcome of the initial consultancy service, we can identify the key priorities and critical issues preventing progression within your organisation. Customised training can often address these gaps. Much of this training can be accredited/ non-accredited, but always relevant to the needs of individual learners within your organisations or indeed into your organisational change management or succession planning.

CONSULT

We will assess initially, if there is a training need. The issue is often solved through other forums – either way, we will support, refer or advise you on the most appropriate way forward.

We work with and listen to key personnel within the organisation to understand and identify how we can be of highest benefit. We aim to impact on the organisations key issues and bottom line in areas of productivity, efficiency and leadership.

SMURFIT CASE STUDY

Smurfit International wanted to upskill a group of 25 staff on computers.

They contacted ICS who is ECDL’s provider and they planned to set up a center of their own but they found that the process was very combersome. They contacted MIDAS Learning as their local provider of ECDL in the Meath area.

MIDAS met with Smurfit and identified the Training Need and then created a solution around what exactly they needed which included modules from the ECDL programme.
