PROGRESSION
This course will allow participants to understand coaching and what it entails. It is a comprehensive course that gives a lot of information about best practice, effective coaching techniques, communications skills of the coach and how to get results. Participants have gone on to complete a Special Purpose Award in Executive Coaching 6S3153, so as to become a qualified coach.
