  • Build teamwork by recognizing and tapping into the twelve characteristics of an effective team
  • Getting the team to undertake a self-assessment to work on personal and professional development.
  • How to promote trust and rapport by exploring your team player style and how it impacts on group dynamics.
  • Recognizing the key elements that move a team from involvement to empowerment and how to give these elements to your team
  • Developing strategies for dealing with team conflict and common situations
  • Understand how action planning and analysis tools can help your team perform better

PROGRESSION

This course will allow participants to improve their ability as team players within organisational and workplace practices and assess how they can improve personally and professionally. Participants have gone on to complete many of the management accredited courses at QQI Level 6 including Business Management, HR and Conflict Management. Contact our coaching department for help with an individual progression planning.
