The 6N4090 Project Management QQI Minor award aims to work with learners/ organisations to understand the theory, role, principles and practice of project management. The core objective is to be able to operate effectively as a project manager. It will define best practice in Project Management from concept, planning to implementation, evaluation and close of the project, customised to the learners chosen vocational area.

- Three options – Classroom, blended and In-house.
- Delivered over 120 hours (including independent study and assessment).
- Delivered over 5 days/8 mornings
COST
€495 per course, reductions for doing 2 or more courses. Further reduction in doing the full major award (Certificate in Advanced Business Management (6M4985) or integration of modules. Grants are also available.
PROGRESSION
Upon successful completion of this programme, the learner will have relevant knowledge regarding the theory, role, principles, and practice of project management so as to be able to operate effectively as a project manager. Mapped onto the National Qualifying Framework at level 6, this module can be used as a minor award towards gaining a full major award in many different Level 6 programmes, including the Certificate in Advanced Business Management (6M4985).
