OVERVIEW
A great presenter has two unique qualities: appropriate skills for subject area and presenting their expertise and personal confidence.
This confidence comes from knowing what you want to say and being comfortable with your communication skills. This course is aimed at improving your skills and teaching new techniques which will give you the persuasive edge when you are making a presentation, fielding difficult questions, or presenting complex information. The course will cover all areas, including preparation and methods of delivery whether you have one minute or one week to prepare and how reduce nervousness / fear of presentation. It will also focus on different presentation techniques in order to get the best outcome.

- Individuals who have obtained a Special Purpose Certificate in Training and Development (6S3372) and want to work on developing their skills in public speaking.
- Individuals who regularly give presentations as part of their job and want to become confident in speaking in public
