REQUIREMENTS
- Individuals who have obtained a Special Purpose Certificate in Training and Development (6S3372) and want to work on developing their skills as a new trainer.
- Individuals who have an interest in working in a training capacity and need to practice the skills needed for new trainers from communications skills to managing the work / programme of activity
- Want to become confident in training and developing interaction and presentation skills

- How to project the right image, exploring how being genuine enhances training and utilising best skillset/ attributes.
- Identifying the elements of good questioning and facilitation techniques, being to apply interactive listening skills, develop and building rapport and essential presentation skills
- Essentials for Success including the “Do’s and Don’ts for New Trainers”
- Developing a plan of action around training plans and schedules of work for Training and Development
- Creating an individual personal development plan around developing self and others.
