The Team Leadership Course (6N1948) is a QQI Level 6 minor award programme which helps learners define what it means to be a great leader within an organisation. It focuses on developing the skills and competence to work in an effective leadership role and as a member of a team, within a chosen vocation.

- Individuals who have an interest in team leadership and may wish to pursue it as a career
- Managers and Team-leaders who may have leadership responsibilities and may want to use this module to develop a project within a team environment.
- Individuals and teams wishing to better understand the roles of the team and leadership within that setting.
- People who wish to gain a formal qualification in Team Leadership and want to progress further in the organisation and/or in their professional field

METHOD OF DELIVERY/DURATION
- Three options – Classroom,
- Blended and In-house.
- Delivered over 120 hours (including independent study and assessment).
- Delivered over 5 days/8 mornings
COST
€495 per course, reductions for doing 2 or more courses. Further reduction in doing the full major award (Certificate in Advanced Business Management (6M4985) or integration of modules. Grants are also available.
PROGRESSION
This Certificate will allow participants to develop the skills and competences needed to work in an effective leadership role. Mapped onto the NQF at level 6, you may use this module as a minor award towards gaining a full major award in many different Level 6 programmes including Certificate in Advanced Business Management (6M4985). This Certificate will enable you to progress to other programmes at level 6 or higher including colleges and higher education providers.
