The 6N1949 Personal and Professional development course is a QQI Level 6 minor award programme that helps learners to explore and become self-awareness of their qualities, attributes and current skillset, in both personal and professional settings. The course will help to identify strengths and address challenges that will impact on areas of personal growth, which impacts on professional progression.
It will help learners understand their competencies in terms of undertaking supervisory roles. It will also help learners explore further the areas needed in operating autonomously and /or in a management capacity within a range of different vocational contexts. The course includes personal and professional coaching aimed at the learners own specific area of development.
